Please review the following basic rules that govern your (hereafter “you” or “User”) use of the Site (the “Agreement”). No Unlawful Use
            You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.  This includes anything which could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Site or any other party’s use of the Site.  You shall not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, works or data through any means not intentionally made available through the Site.

Indemnification
            You hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold My Service Pride harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Venue and Governing Law
            This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Indiana, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by state and/or federal courts located in Indianapolis, Marion County, Indianapolis, Indiana.

Termination
            These terms are effective unless and until terminated by My Service Pride.  My Service Pride may terminate these terms and conditions at any time, for any reason, and may do so immediately without notice.  Upon termination, My Service Pride may deny you access to the Site.  Upon your receipt of notice of termination by My Service Pride, you must promptly destroy any and all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.

Miscellaneous/Entire Agreement
            If any of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, then it will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the original intent of My Service Pride, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.  Unless otherwise specified and acknowledged by us in this Agreement, this is the entire agreement between you and My Service Pride with respect to the Site.  It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications between you and My Service Pride concerning the Site.
