Q. I cannot remember my username or password when I am trying to login to create a ribbon or place an order.
A. Email your name and address to INFO@MyServicePride.com and we will look up your information.

Q. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
A. Most orders ship 5-7 days after we receive your order however it can take up to two weeks. Because these are custom products, we have no inventory and every order must be produced, then shipped.

Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you are not satisfied with your order, please return it to: MyServicePride.com 1766 Nadowa St. South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150 for an exchange or refund. Email SUPPORT@myservicepride.com if you have any additional questions.

Q. How do I install my vinyl decal?
A. First, clean the window with window cleaner to remove dirt and grime. Then remove the paper backing from the decal and when aligned correctly, press decal on window. Gently smooth to remove all bubbles.
