Dennis Norris - President

Dennis Norris served as a Boatswain's Mate Second Class and Patrol Boat Coxswain at U.S. Coast Guard Base NOLA (New Orleans, LA) from 1978-1982. He was also qualified as a federal law enforcement officer, emergency medical technician, and marine firefighter. From 1982-1991 Dennis worked as a police officer for the San Francisco Police Department, and from 1991-1993 as a Deputy Marshal for the Zionsville (IN) Police Department. Since 1993 Dennis has been an executive director of nonprofit organizations, and for the past year has been the Regional Security Director in Afghanistan for the Central Asia Development Group.

He is an honors graduate from the University of California at Berkeley, where he was awarded both the Chancellor's Scholarship and the Alumni Leadership Scholarship. Dennis was the recipient of both the USCG Commendation Medal and the San Francisco Police Medal of Valor. He recently joined MyServicePride.com as its President. Dennis resides in Zionsville, IN with his wife and three children. He is an active triathlete and has completed two Ironman competitions.

Matt Massie - Founder

Matt Massie is a 10 year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He served 2 tours in Iraq, one as a platoon sergeant in a Marine Rifle Company and later as a company advisor with the 1st Iraqi Special Forces Division. Among his awards are the Bronze Star medal, Navy & Marine Corps Commendation medal, four Navy & Marine Corps Achievement medals and the Combat Action Ribbon. Matt founded MyServicePride.com in 2006 and currently resides in South Lake Tahoe, California.
